Fudge Cookie Recipe

Below is a top-tier fudge cookie recipe in which you can use ANY of our fudge as an ingredient! Come on then, pop your apron on and let’s get baking!
Ingredients:
230g Softened Unsalted Butter
145g Caster Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1tsp Caramel Essence
1tsp Vanilla Essence
285g Plain Flour
100g Chocolate Chips
100g Fudge
Method:
Preheat your oven to 200 °C
Cover a baking tray in non-stick paper
In a bowl, rub the butter and sugar together with your fingertips
Whisk the egg, caramel and vanilla essences together in a bowl
Add the eggy mix to the butter and sugar and stir together
Sift the flour into the mixture and stir gently
Add most of the chocolate chips but keep a handful aside
Stir the mix thoroughly
Cut up your chosen fudge into small pieces
Add most of the fudge but keep a handful aside
Stir the mix thoroughly
Using a teaspoon, place your mixture in little balls evenly spaced across the baking tray
Take the extra chocolate chip and fudge pieces and place a couple on top of your cookies randomly
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Take them out of the oven when they are slightly brown but still a little soft
Place them on a cooling rack
When they’re cool, have a bite!
